THE NEW 2021 PORSCHE CAYENNE GTS AND CAYENNE GTS COUPE

Porsche has announced two new additions to the Porsche Cayenne line — the GTS and GTS Coupe. These new models bring a V-8 engine back to the Cayenne badge. It is a 4.0-liter twin-turbo V-8 developing 453 horsepower and 457 lb-ft of torque. It connects to the standard 8-speed Tiptronic automatic transmission and delivers power to the wheels through the Porsche Traction Management all-wheel drive. Porsche states it will do 0-60 in 4.5 seconds (4.2 seconds with Performance Start available with the Sport Chrono package). Both models are stated to have a top track speed of 168 mph.

Both the GTS and GTS Coupe will receive revised Porsche Active Suspension Management dampers that will work with the standard Air Suspension system to lower the GTS 30 mm as compared to the Cayenne S model. In addition, Sport Exhaust is now standard with exhausts located at the edges of the rear bumper to provide a proper sound for the exciting GTS models. Coupe owners can also opt for a centered exhaust with oval tips as part of the Lightweight Sport Package to create an even louder sound.

The GTS and GTS Coupe both feature the standard Sport Design package which creates many accents in black throughout the vehicle. Additional accents include 21-inch RS Spyder Design wheels in satin black, tinted LED headlights and taillights, Porsche Dynamic Lighting system in the headlights, and black finishes on the rear Porsche logo, model name, front air intakes, tailpipes, and side window trim. The interior features Alcantara® on the doors, center console, seat centers, and headliner. Black-brushed aluminum is used throughout the interior. The seats are standard 8-way sport seats with increased height on the side bolsters for additional control during high-speed maneuvers. There are also GTS logos on the headrests, tachometer, front doors, and door sills.
