I had a great experience, they made my first time buying a Porsche feel like an elevated luxury experience. They were extremely objective and helpful throughout the process, no sales tactics or forced points of view. Very knowledgeable. Even accommodating to the point where they hold the car for delivery for about a month until I had a garage and finished my vacation. Which I know from inventory space in NYC is something most other dealerships would have a hard time with. But no they were great. Also offered to touch up the entire hood and a small noticeable scratch on the back hatch for no charge. The owner Brian even happened to come by the sales office I was in and shake my hand and with some conversation.
My sales person, Gus Tsekenis, was professional, responsive and friendly. Remote buyers are more work than in person buyers as we need videos, pics and documentation as well as facetime sessions to aid in making a purchasing decision. Gus quickly responded to all requests and helped negotiate a good price for the car. On the day I flew into NY to buy the car, Gus had the car prepped and ready to go on my arrival. He also took the time to review all the car’s features with me. Mike Struble the Business Manager found me a good interest rate and processed the paperwork quickly. There were no surprises anywhere along the way. Gus, Mike and Manhattan Motorcars are a class act!!
I needed to have some minor damage to the rear bumper of my car repaired. The service I experienced was exceptional. They acquired my vehicle from my garage, negotiated with the insurance company and expertly repaired the bumper. After the work was completed my automobile was returned to my garage. The entire process was executed flawlessly.
Frank Pica is an amazing service advisor, who clearly knows how to go above and beyond for his clients, and as a customer I can be very demanding, but he was still able to deliver and make me very happy, he is a tremendous asset to the dealership.
